Stadium Seating

Since the beginning of ancient civilisation, chairs have been used widely by our ancestors. Chairs have been used for and built in a number of important applications and facilities, respectively. One notable example is the idea of including chairs in a performing arts venue or sports facility in order to provide audiences with uninterrupted entertainment. This technique is called stadium seating.

The stadium seating arrangement has been designed to offer a better view of the central focus point from all seats than in other seating arrangements. This arrangement utilises a 30-degree slope that enables audiences to improve sight lines for visitors and reduces the chance that a tall person will block the view of a short person behind them. Almost all forms of stadium seating have aisles, which separate seating sections.
